The Business Control Manager (BCM) will support the Platform and Product Controls CORE team (Continuity, Operations, Readiness & Execution) and will be responisble for promoting business continuity, crisis management, and/or operational resilience and facilitating cross-functional collaboration and decision making related to business continuity initiatives. Key responsibilities include working with teams to facilitate and execute deliverables related to business continuity planning, testing, incident management and progress reporting. Job expectations include providing business continuity subject matter expertise and/or recovery & resolution planning support. This role is critical in ensuring audit readiness, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving consistent execution across end-to-end engagement activities. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, proactive problem solver, and experienced in managing complex regulatory and audit interactions. This job is responsible for leading and executing on internal control discipline and operational excellence within a Line of Business (LOB) or Enterprise Control Function (ECF). Key responsibilities include executing LOB or ECF processes and tools to drive adherence to enterprise-wide standards. Job expectations include supporting the implementation of quality assurance and quality control processes within the LOB or ECF through ongoing monitoring and testing of controls, identifying issues and control improvements for remediation, and building out actions plans and milestones. This position may also have responsibilities for managing associates.
