About The Position

Asher Health is seeking a Business Consultant (BC) to close high-leverage partners, including gym owners with 100+ active clients, med spas, and practitioners with 2,000+ list members. This role involves running 45-minute Activation Consults, which are working sessions focused on understanding partner businesses, developing strategies live on the call, and closing trials. After activation, the BC will coach the partner for 30 days towards a healthy fulfilled order count. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, outcome-oriented, organized under pressure, direct, coachable, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

  • 3 or more years in consultative closing or high-ticket B2B sales, ideally with a 30 to 60 minute consult cycle.
  • Has personally carried and hit a quota at $80K or higher OTE.
  • Lives in DFW or willing to relocate now. This is an in-office role five days a week.
  • Fluent in business math, including margin, package math, and partner ROI.
  • Fluent in GoHighLevel or a comparable CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Close).
  • Comfortable on a 45-minute consultative call, not a transactional one-call pitch.
  • Able to hold a partner relationship through Day 30, not a one-call-close-and-walk-away role.
  • Comfortable on camera and on Zoom in front of large-list partners.
  • Coachable by a Sales Manager and a Chief Strategy Officer who will sit on your consults and ask the hard question.

  • Health, wellness, GLP-1, peptide, telehealth, chiropractic, or pharmacy sales background.
  • Has sold to gym owners, med spas, or wellness practitioners.
  • Has built personal outbound pipeline through LinkedIn, network, or a referral motion.
  • Coaching or consulting background outside sales, such as CrossFit, fitness, nutrition, or business.

Responsibilities

  • Run 4 to 6 Activation Consults per day at full ramp.
  • Use the Partner Pricing Calculator live on the call to build the package.
  • Close on the call, securing card on file, completed intake, and booked onboarding.
  • Be the partner-facing voice of Asher on every consult, every check-in, and every escalation.
  • Coach the partner across Day 0 to Day 30 with check-ins at Day 3, 7, 14, 21, and 30.
  • Coach partners toward a healthy fulfilled order count through the most fragile window of the partner lifecycle.
  • Maintain a documented next touch in GoHighLevel for every active partner so no partner goes silent on your watch.
  • Surface blocked partners to Partner Success and the Sales Manager inside 24 hours.
  • Source outbound pipeline through partner referrals, your own network, conference follow-up, and LinkedIn when inbound runs thin.
  • Build pipeline proactively rather than waiting for the next lead to be handed to you.
  • Log every consult and touchpoint in GoHighLevel, including sentiment, objection, package, and next step.
  • Log every consult within four hours and keep zero ghost deals in pipeline.
  • Run weekly deal review with the Sales Manager on every open consult and every Day 30 partner.
  • Set the energy on the floor every single day.
