In this role, the Business Consultant will have Regulatory, Systems and Operational execution & oversight responsibilities in support of American Century’s Business Retirement Solutions (BRS) division. You will be responsible for managing, developing, maintaining, and improving vendor relationships as part of the Operational Compliance team. You will lead and/or actively support operational issue resolution and the development of new or improved Transfer Agency (TA)/Retirement system(s), products, and services. You will develop and enhance a network of business relationships inside and outside of American Century, while maintaining a deep knowledge of retirement plan types, features and regulations. This role will have you providing business and regulatory data analysis, while engaging with business partners to understand objectives and support solutions and outcomes. This role reports to the Operational Compliance Manager. This hybrid position will be based out of our Kansas City, MO office. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
