About The Position

Business Change Manager Senior Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. The Business Change Manager Senior is responsible for working with management to identify and implement varied projects, programs and plans that support achievement of business unit and enterprise goals.

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 8 years process improvement, business change or project related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Nice To Haves

  • Proven experience in affiliate-to-affiliate or inter-company contracting preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of contract interpretation and the ability to collaborate effectively with Legal teams preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information from multiple stakeholders into cohesive contractual frameworks preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support affiliate-to-affiliate contracting activities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Legal to interpret contract language and translate requirements into clear, actionable business terms
  • Partner with cross-functional subject matter experts to analyze, clarify, and operationalize highly complex contractual requirements
  • Facilitate negotiations between affiliated entities, balancing business needs, risk considerations, and compliance standards
  • Develop, structure, and document contractual arrangements that are clear, enforceable, and aligned across stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks while ensuring consistency with internal policies and external regulations
  • Serve as a key liaison between business, legal, and operational teams throughout the contracting lifecycle.
  • Identifies potential issues, project change, and scope.
  • Leads efforts to identify best practices.
  • Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required.
  • Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs.
  • Designs methods for integrating function and process.
  • Conducts cost/benefit analyses.
  • Builds support for business change throughout the business unit.
