As a Business Banking Specialist within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Fraser, MI. This role involves acquiring and expanding share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue. The specialist achieves business results through leadership and productive collaboration with a wide range of ecosystem partners, and is responsible for proactive lead generation and appointments conducted inside and outside of the branch. A key aspect is delivering a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing. This includes proactive lead management, referral generation, managing and growing Business Banking relationships under 2MM in sales revenue, and translating client information into actionable sales strategies. The specialist will develop ecosystem leadership, work with partners like PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking, and Mortgage, and identify resources to meet client needs. The role also focuses on client experience and hospitality management, delivering client well-being through tailored solutions (deposits, lending, cash management, payments, investing), solving client problems, and acting as a client advocate. They will collaborate with the branch team and Branch Manager to identify and follow up on opportunities, create client loyalty, perform lobby engagement, educate clients on financial transaction technology, and apply product knowledge to drive loyalty. Managing risk through policy adherence and participating in branch daily operations are also key responsibilities.
