The role involves acquiring and expanding share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under $2MM in sales revenue. It achieves business results through leadership and productive collaboration with ecosystem partners. Responsibilities include proactive lead generation, appointments inside and outside the branch, and delivering a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing. The specialist manages and grows Business Banking relationships under $2MM in sales revenue, translates client information into actionable sales strategies, and generates quality referrals to ecosystem partners. They also develop ecosystem leadership, work with various partners like PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking, and Mortgage, and identify resources to meet client needs. The role emphasizes differentiating the client experience through advanced conversation skills, delivering client well-being through tailored solutions (deposits, lending, cash management, payments, investing), and solving client problems with urgency. The specialist acts as a client advocate, helps the branch team identify opportunities, and works with the Branch Manager and Business Banker to expand client share of wallet. They perform lobby engagement, educate clients on managing financial transactions using technology, apply product knowledge to solve customer problems, and manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures. Participation in branch daily operations is also required.
