This role involves acquiring and expanding share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under $2MM in sales revenue. It achieves business results through leadership of and productive collaboration with a wide range of ecosystem partners. The specialist is responsible for proactive lead generation and appointments conducted inside and outside of the branch, delivering a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing. This includes managing and growing Business Banking relationships under $2MM in sales revenue, using client information to develop actionable sales strategies, and generating quality referrals to ecosystem partners. The role also involves developing ecosystem leadership, working across various partners like PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking, and Mortgage, and identifying the best resources to meet client needs. A key aspect is client experience and hospitality management, differentiating the client experience through advanced conversation skills, delivering client well-being through tailored solutions (deposits, lending, cash management, payments, investing), and solving client problems with urgency. The specialist acts as an advocate for clients, identifies trends, and works with the branch team to identify consumer and business banking opportunities. They also perform lobby engagement activities, educate clients on managing financial transactions using technology, apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems, and manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures. Participation in branch daily operations is also required.
