About The Position

United Prairie Bank is hiring a full-time Business Banker at its Spicer, Minnesota location. The role focuses on acquiring new loan clients and managing existing client relationships. The Business Banker prepares and analyzes financial statements and spreads, evaluates income adequacy and collateral sufficiency, and prepares presentations for the loan committee. The position is Monday through Friday. Annual base compensation is $97,842–$150,772, with eligibility for additional compensation based on individual and company performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in successful loan portfolio management.
• Thorough understanding of accounting practices.
• Ability to read financial statements and understand complex financial measures, including cash flow and other financial ratios.
• Problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management preferred.
