About The Position

United Prairie Bank is hiring a full-time Business Banker at its Spicer, Minnesota location. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday. The Business Banker acquires new loan clients and manages existing client relationships. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements and spreads, assessing income adequacy and collateral sufficiency, and preparing presentations for the loan committee.

The annual base compensation range is $97,842–$150,772. The role is also eligible for additional compensation based on individual and company performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in successful loan portfolio management.
• Thorough understanding of accounting practices.
• Ability to read financial statements and understand complex financial measures, including cash flow and other financial ratios.
• Ability to deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
• Problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management preferred.
