Business Applications Engineer
About The Position
Fidelity Bank is seeking a Business Applications Engineer to serve as the primary technical owner of the Bank’s new 360 View CRM platform. The role is responsible for implementing, administering, and continuously optimizing the CRM in partnership with business teams, IT, and vendors. The engineer will help improve customer insights and operational efficiency, protect data integrity, and increase user adoption through system configuration, reporting, automation, integrations, and process improvements. This position offers the opportunity to shape a strategic enterprise platform supporting the Bank’s customer relationship and growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience supporting enterprise business applications or CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with SQL, reporting, data management, workflow automation, and business application support.
- Prior experience with 360 View CRM.
