The Business Applications Analyst reports to the Service Delivery Manager – Business Applications and is a key component to the success of AFC Industries. This role will work closely with application owners, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure systems are effectively supporting business operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with the Atlassian platform, strong analytical and reporting skills, and the ability to assist with system administration, project coordination, and process improvement initiatives. Experience with Power BI and SaaS-based business applications is highly desirable.
