The IT team provides end-to-end technology support, from infrastructure and cybersecurity to user support and application development, helping the credit union operate efficiently and serve members effectively. The Business Applications Analyst I supports the Credit Union’s technology environment by helping ensure applications function effectively to meet day-to-day operational needs. This role works closely with business units, IT teams, and vendors to assist in troubleshooting application issues, maintaining system functionality, and supporting enhancements. The analyst helps translate business needs into system configurations and contributes to improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce manual processes. The position supports the lifecycle of enterprise applications, including basic configuration, testing, upgrades, and documentation. Through collaboration and guided analysis, the analyst helps ensure systems remain stable, secure, and aligned with business requirements. Overall, this role contributes to reliable application performance and supports ongoing improvements that help the organization operate efficiently and deliver consistent service to staff and members.
