The role involves operating and maintaining AFS Enterprise Applications with high availability and performance in a secure manner, ensuring predictable quality service delivery in a timely fashion.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of IT Experience.
A minimum of 3 years of demonstrable and recent experience in operating at least one of these applications: IBM TM1/Plan & Analytics, Deltek BI/CER, or Deltek Costpoint.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in deploying on-premises applications.
Proven experience in technical writing and coaching capability.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
Proven ability to identify potential areas of improvement and make recommendations.
Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
US Citizen.

Nice To Haves

Working experience in PowerShell is highly preferred.
Familiarity with Agile and SCRUM frameworks is preferred.
Knowledge of Cloud Computing is preferred.
Ability to function in a fast-paced high demand environment.
Ability to learn new skills and research issues on their own when needed.
Ability to work in a team of highly skilled technical resources.
Ability to quickly troubleshoot issues and provide sound solutions.
Ability to develop strong professional relationships with fellow team members.

Responsibilities

Application deployment and upgrade/patching activities, including planning, design, build, and test.
Providing user support, troubleshooting, and resolving systems issues independently or collaboratively.
Providing evidence to support auditing activities.
Updating existing or creating new processes and procedures for improved quality, efficiency, reduced cost, and enhanced security.
Patching Windows operating systems.
