Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of IT Experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of demonstrable and recent experience in operating at least one of these applications: IBM TM1/Plan & Analytics, Deltek BI/CER, or Deltek Costpoint.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in deploying on-premises applications.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience in technical writing and coaching capability.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
- Proven ability to identify potential areas of improvement and make recommendations.
- Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- US Citizen.
Nice To Haves
- Working experience in PowerShell is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile and SCRUM frameworks is preferred.
- Knowledge of Cloud Computing is preferred.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced high demand environment.
- Ability to learn new skills and research issues on their own when needed.
- Ability to work in a team of highly skilled technical resources.
- Ability to quickly troubleshoot issues and provide sound solutions.
- Ability to develop strong professional relationships with fellow team members.
Responsibilities
- Application deployment and upgrade/patching activities, including planning, design, build, and test.
- Providing user support, troubleshooting, and resolving systems issues independently or collaboratively.
- Providing evidence to support auditing activities.
- Updating existing or creating new processes and procedures for improved quality, efficiency, reduced cost, and enhanced security.
- Patching Windows operating systems.
