About The Position

The Business and Financial Analyst drives data-informed decision-making across financial, clinical operations, grants, and revenue cycle operations. The role creates financial and statistical analyses of healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) and financial KPIs, translating raw healthcare data into actionable insights through statistical analysis, trend reporting, KPI tracking, and interactive dashboards. The analyst evaluates financial metrics such as gross margins, cost overruns, and liquidity, and supports the monthly financial close process. The role also evaluates clinical operations efficiency to help balance revenue generation with cost management. The analyst develops and maintains statistical models of healthcare RCM performance; prepares financial analyses, variance reports, trend reports, and revenue recognition schedules as needed; and maintains accounts receivable models for net AR capture and roll-forwards. The position designs and maintains automated dashboards and visual reports, monitors RCM KPIs, and turns complex data into clear executive-ready presentations. Working with accounting and RCM leadership, the analyst supports month-end close in NetSuite, prepares monthly operational and financial reporting using SmartCare records, and collaborates across teams to investigate anomalies, reconcile system discrepancies, and improve reporting workflows.
