About The Position

Leverages analytical tools to provide business and technical support for the analytics process, tools and applications for a business function or business unit. Recommending appropriate performance measures to be produced including lifts, efficiencies, confidence intervals, and other statistical metrics. Analyzing and processing data, building and maintaining models and report templates, and developing dynamic, data-driven solutions. Assists senior consultants on gathering detailed, actionable reports documenting the findings from, data processing, and data analysis. Assists senior consultants on using business intelligence data for predictive analytics and facilitating implementation of new tools and data marts.

  • Knowledge of governance, process management, and operational best practices.

  • Familiarity with analytics, cloud, and big data technologies, including Hadoop, SQL, Python, Spark, Azure, and AWS.
  • University / college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships across technology, analytics, and business teams.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, status updates, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Provide onboarding, training, and user support for enterprise analytics and data platforms.
  • Communicate platform performance, governance updates, and process changes to diverse audiences.
  • Promote compliance with data governance, risk management, and operational control requirements.
  • Monitor platform health, performance, and usage metrics to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
