The Business Analytics Lead on PNC’s Customer Interaction Management Strategy & Analytics team will provide senior analytical leadership to optimize the bank’s centralized marketing decisioning engine and drive customer and business outcomes. The role focuses on improving the quality, performance, and stability of self learning models by developing analyses and business cases while partnering closely with data science teams and key business stakeholders. The Lead will shape and govern decision inputs, including algorithm refinement, value frameworks, propensity models, constraints, and business rules, while incorporating enterprise and channel context and ensuring regulatory compliance.
