About The Position

Nourish is seeking a Marketing Analytics Lead to drive growth and improve patient outcomes through data. This role is crucial for measurement, attribution, and enhancing marketing performance. The position involves building scalable data models and pipelines, and providing actionable insights. As an early hire in analytics, you will help shape the long-term data vision and collaborate with Growth Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Finance teams. The data team is based in NYC and operates with a hybrid model, encouraging in-office culture 2-3 days a week.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in marketing analytics at a fast-paced, high-growth company.
  • Expertise in marketing attribution, with experience in various methods (in-platform, MTA, MMM) and strong opinions on their application.
  • Deep understanding of growth marketing, including performance marketing teams, priorities, projects, challenges, and channel-specific nuances.
  • Strong technical skills, including writing clean, performant SQL and comfort with dbt and Fivetran.
  • Ability to navigate and build upon existing data models.
  • Curiosity, strategic thinking, and an outcome-oriented approach.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill deep analysis into crisp takeaways for various audiences.
  • Motivation driven by impact and mission, with a belief in the power of food as medicine.

Responsibilities

  • Own marketing analytics end-to-end, including models, dashboards, and insights that guide team priorities and roadmaps.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve marketing measurement and attribution through analysis and experimentation.
  • Partner with marketing stakeholders to identify and lead analyses that answer strategic questions, uncover growth and efficiency levers, and inform channel strategy.
  • Utilize experimentation data, forecasting, and predictive analysis to inform marketing and growth strategy.
  • Champion a data-first culture by guiding teams to interpret and act on data, writing clear documentation, and leading by example in evidence-based decision-making.
