Meta is seeking a Business Analytics Intern to support resource and budget planning, operating rhythms, and business tooling enhancements across Reality Labs Devices. The intern will complete a clearly scoped business analytics project with guidance from a manager and mentor, supporting data collection, analysis, reporting, and process improvement. The role also involves using AI and analytical tools to identify patterns, summarize findings, and develop practical recommendations. It is designed for students and early-career candidates with foundational analytical skills and an interest in technical program management and business operations; relevant experience may come from coursework, academic projects, internships, or student leadership. Projects may be selected according to business priorities and could include connecting workforce, budget, and program priorities in a resource planning view; analyzing planned versus actual spending; creating dashboards or AI-assisted workflows; improving recurring reporting; consolidating team inputs into portfolio-level views; prototyping automated workflows; developing scenario models; or improving existing business tools. The Reality Labs Devices Operations team helps leaders make informed decisions about resources, budgets, priorities, and execution. It develops planning processes, operating rhythms, analytical frameworks, and business tools, and partners with program management, engineering, finance, operations, and functional leaders to turn business inputs into clear insights and actions.
