About The Position

The Business Operations Intern will participate in World Wide Technology’s 10-week summer internship program, designed to give college students workplace experience before graduation and complement their education. The program provides hands-on experience and opportunities to contribute in a dynamic, collaborative culture. Business Operations interns may work in Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, or Global Operations Supply Chain, contributing to activities such as recruiting and employee development, accounting and billing, marketing campaigns and content, logistics, order operations, and process improvement. The program begins in May 2027, and applications are open from August through October 2026.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a college, university, or certification program, with at least one semester remaining after the internship.
Expected graduation date of December 2027 or later.
Pursuing a degree relevant to the role and having a strong interest in numbers and mathematics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and keen attention to detail.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong independent judgment and leadership skills.
Ability to collaborate well with others.
Reliable transportation and housing must be provided.

Responsibilities

Contribute to work in Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, or Global Operations Supply Chain.
Potentially support recruiting, employee support, and development in Human Resources.
Potentially contribute to accounting, billing, and financial decision-making in Finance.
Potentially help develop campaigns, messaging, and content promoting products and services in Marketing.
Potentially support logistics, order operations, and process improvement in Global Operations Supply Chain.
Gain hands-on experience and contribute to strategic business decisions.
