About The Position
Fantom Corporation is seeking a Business Analyst to support a mission-critical enterprise serving the defense and intelligence community. The role facilitates requirements-gathering sessions, conducts user interviews, and analyzes business processes to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions. The Business Analyst works with Scrum Masters, development teams, and stakeholders to develop clear, testable user stories, refine the backlog, and ensure deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.
Requirements
- Must possess an active Top Secret clearance.
- Must be willing and able to obtain a polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Expert documentation skills to produce functional expectations.
- Experience creating use cases and requirements traceability metrics.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions.
- Conduct user interviews.
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
- Work with Scrum Masters and development teams during sprint planning.
- Write clear, testable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Participate in backlog refinement to validate user story completion and ensure deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.
