About The Position
This role involves collaborating with business partners to understand and anticipate their needs, translating them into IT requirements, and incorporating requests into the product roadmap. The Business Analyst will support and align efforts to meet business needs and company strategy. This includes understanding and negotiating needs with cross-functional stakeholders, grooming and managing the product backlog, and prioritizing based on changing requirements. The role requires converting business requirements into IT requirements, developing user stories with acceptance criteria, and executing test plans. The Business Analyst will oversee all stages of requirement implementation, including design and development. They will also identify, create, and facilitate business and system process analysis and design, focusing on quality improvement and data management, ensuring data reliability and validity, and recommending process improvements or re-engineering. Additionally, the role involves providing program-level analysis, producing documentation such as requirements, use cases, stories, sequence diagrams, business/system process diagrams, future state proposals, and UAT plans. Close collaboration with developers to implement requirements is essential.
Requirements
- Mandatory strong exposure/experience of Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle CX, Oracle Fusion CDM, Oracle Order to Cash, Oracle AR
- Oracle Fusion CDM Functional experience is a must
- Knowledge of Customer Master Data Management domain
- Must be well versed with JIRA
Responsibilities

- Overseeing all stages of requirement implementation including design and development phase
- Identify, create and facilitate business and system process analysis and design; focusing on quality improvement and data management; ensuring data is reliable and valid; developing process improvements or re-engineering and recommending elimination
- Provide program level analysis - producing required analysis documentation (requirements/use cases/stories, sequence diagrams, business/system process diagrams, future state proposals, UAT Plans)
- Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements
