About The Position
This is a 100% onsite role in McLean, VA, requiring a Business Analyst with 8-10 years of experience. The candidate must possess exceptional written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills for collaboration, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weeknights and weekends, to accommodate production deployments. A technical aptitude for quickly learning new applications and technologies is essential for production support and validation testing. Proficiency in SQL, Dremio, and Snowflake is necessary for reading and analyzing data and understanding database structures. A solid understanding of system architecture is warranted for analyzing and improving existing systems. Some coding experience is a plus but not required.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
