Requirements

At least 2 years of professional work experience as a Business Analyst.
Active Top Secret clearance.
Must understand, gather, and analyze client business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories in JIRA.
Ability to create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries, and updates.
Full lifecycle development using Agile.
Willingness to work 100% onsite in Washington, DC.
US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Understand client business needs and requirements.
Understand the current system and how it functions.
Assist in design and development of applications based on business requirements.
Upgrade and modify applications per business needs.
Create manual and automated test scenarios, and test the system accurately by the appropriate deadlines.
Assist in preparing project plans and technical and functional specifications.
Identify and troubleshoot issues in a timely fashion.
Ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and complete projects within assigned timelines.
Provide support in system testing and bug fixing activities.
Be available for migrations (during non-standard business hours).
