•$70,000 - $80,000•Remote

About The Position

The Business Analyst supports a broad range of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)-focused work for OneDigital’s Employee Benefits and Human Resources Consulting practices, partnering with teams across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and other areas. The work may vary according to business priorities, production needs, and larger product initiatives. The BA is the primary owner of small to medium-sized enhancements and User Stories, guiding them from requirements through delivery so Product Owners and the Product Manager can focus on larger strategic initiatives. The role also supports larger initiatives by gathering and documenting requirements, refining backlog items, coordinating demos and user acceptance testing (UAT), analyzing production issues, and working with technical teams to clarify system behavior, integrations, dependencies, and impacts. Success in this role requires strong business analysis skills, technical aptitude, and a personable, relationship-driven approach. The BA must be able to move comfortably between business and technical conversations and use AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs), such as Copilot and Claude, in daily delivery, documentation, analysis, and communication. The position is remote. The stated base pay range is $70,000–$80,000; pay depends on skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location.
