About The Position

Turing is an AI company that works with AI labs to advance frontier model capabilities and builds real-world AI systems for companies. In this role, you will contribute to projects that fine-tune large language models by using analytical and English comprehension skills. Work includes reading, summarizing, and breaking down content into logical blocks; conducting online research; validating claims; and working with LLMs to solve puzzles. You will answer analytical questions and create scenarios that help train models, then provide correct answers and explanations. No prior specialized domain experience is needed. The role is fully remote and offers exposure to AI projects with leading LLM companies. Contract extensions may be possible based on performance and project needs.

Requirements

Ability to read and write English with a high degree of comprehension.

Desktop or laptop setup with a good internet connection.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree or undergraduate study in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or a related field; candidates without a bachelor's degree may be considered if they have relevant experience.
Professional writing experience, such as business analysis, research analysis, copywriting, journalism, technical writing, editing, or translation.
Understanding of Excel and Google Suite.
Proficiency in data interpretation, logical reasoning, and basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

Read, summarize, and break down large content into smaller logical blocks.
Conduct online research and validate claims made in content.
Work with large language models to solve puzzles and analytical questions.
Create scenarios that can be used to train LLM models.
Provide correct answers, explanations, constructive feedback, and detailed annotations.
