About The Position

Raft is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their passionate team. This role will contribute to development efforts, focusing on Distributed Data Systems, Platforms at Scale, and Complex Application Development. The Business Analyst will provide guidance and actively participate in requirements reviews, client support, testing, and everyday readiness analysis. They will research and capture business needs, acting as a proxy for users and customers by interfacing directly with developers, subject matter experts, stakeholders, and testers to ensure end-state functionality meets customer value.

Requirements

3-5 years of hands-on experience in a technical role
Experience communicating with customers, stakeholders, and agile software development teams
Experience with requirements analysis, scaled agile framework, data analytics, risk management, and agile transformations
Technical experience in software development, systems engineering, integration, or release management
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
Active Secret security clearance
All work must be conducted within the continental U.S.
U.S. citizenship is required

Any certification related to data management, data engineering, software development, cyber security or SAFe would be beneficial
