  • Facilitate structured stakeholder reviews to confirm requirements’ accuracy, completeness, clarity, priority, and alignment with intended workflows.
  • Support validation of configured EHR functionality against approved requirements through workflow review, test scenario development, user acceptance testing, defect and issue documentation, and stakeholder readiness confirmation.
  • Document and analyze current- and future-state workflows to identify gaps, impacts, dependencies, and process-improvement opportunities associated with EHR capabilities.
  • Develop process maps, business rules, use cases, requirements matrices, gap analyses, and other business analysis artifacts as appropriate.
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager to plan and sequence business analysis activities, stakeholder engagement, requirements reviews, testing activities, and deliverables.
