About The Position

This role focuses on understanding and documenting business processes and requirements, analyzing data to create reports, improving processes, managing change, and ensuring quality through testing. The Business Analyst will utilize various tools and software to support these functions.

Requirements

• Understanding and documenting business processes and requirements.
• Creating and modifying reports using financial and operational data.
• Experience with process design/redesign and identifying inefficiencies.
• Understanding the impact of changes on people, processes, and systems.
• Preparing test cases and scenarios for new systems or changes.
• Proficiency in Excel or other spreadsheet tools.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to break down complex problems and find practical solutions.
• Communication: Clear writing and speaking skills to explain ideas and document processes.
• Collaboration: Working well with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, and operations.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in documentation and data analysis.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with evolving priorities.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively identifying issues and proposing improvements.
