As a Senior Business Analyst, you will independently manage end-to-end business analysis workstreams, tackling complex business problems with emerging ambiguity. You will demonstrate a strong understanding of the business domain, related technologies, and their interdependencies, applying advanced tools and techniques to translate requirements into strategic implementation plans. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams, shaping stakeholder perspectives, handling process interdependencies, and significantly contributing to the design and validation of effective solutions. You will also mentor junior analysts and actively shape team processes, methodologies, and best practices within the broader Community of Practice.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
5+ years of Business Analysis/Consultancy experience in life sciences, medical, or pharmaceutical sectors in regulated environments.
Proven experience independently managing end-to-end BA workstreams, navigating ambiguous requirements, and evaluating strategic solution options.
Experience in translating requirements into strategic implementation plans that align with overall business objectives.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in working with Manufacturing Execution Systems, preferably Rockwell PharmaSuite.
Advanced knowledge of Business Analysis/Consultancy concepts and practices.
Intermediate expertise in at least one BA capability.
Hands-on experience with MES configuration, recipe structuring, and execution in a regulated environment.
Strong understanding of industry regulations (FDA, EMA) and quality standards (GMP, GAMP5).
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops, resolve conflicts, and define stakeholder engagement strategies across functional areas.
Full fluency in English.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of MES-DCS integration.
Knowledge of ASPIRE (S/4 Hana) is a plus.
Knowledge of German is a plus.
