About the role As a Business Analyst at COUNTRY Financial, you will provide business analysis, testing, and automation support for initiatives impacting Corporate Controllers. You will collaborate with project leads to investigate, develop, test, automate, and implement new or enhanced systems and processes that support business needs across the organization. In this role, you will support Controllers and project personnel at varying levels. This role will also assist with special projects for Controllers as capacity allows interacting with various levels of leadership and staff. How does this role make an impact? - Collaborates with business areas to identify, define and document business requirements. Coordinates or performs data sampling and testing verification. - Takes the lead in assisting with the business case. Elicits, translates, simplifies use requirements to drive the design and review of test cases, process change requests, and manages to completion. - Recommends organizational changes in anticipation of predicted marketplace changes. Assesses impact and supports communication and delivery of requirements to stakeholders. - Compiles, analyzes, interprets, and presents data related to the current and future operations.- Clarifies, updates and improves the business processes impacted by technology changes, and maps out the requirements for one or more systems to support needs and processes. - Negotiates or provides input to project plans and timeframes.

Requirements

  • Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.

  • Experience using data analysis software (Advanced Excel skills, Power BI, PowerQuery, etc..)
  • Strong communication and cross-team collaboration
  • Strong documentation and record keeping skills
