About The Position

The Business Analyst is responsible for delivering financial, operational, and productivity analytics that support multiple departments. The role develops recurring and ad hoc reporting, analyzes key performance metrics, and provides actionable insights on billings, collections, inventory, staffing, utilization, and profitability trends.

The Business Analyst prepares analyses and executive summaries, responds to customized reporting and data requests, and maintains reporting tools and data resources. The role also performs quality control and collaborates with finance teams on strategic and operational initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex reporting and data analysis.
• Experience working with reporting tools, business intelligence platforms, and enterprise databases.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage large data sets and translate findings into meaningful business insights.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute recurring analytic reports.
• Analyze financial and operational metrics, including billings, collections, realization, inventory, productivity, utilization, discounts, and write-offs.
• Develop written analyses and executive summaries highlighting business trends, performance drivers, and strategic opportunities.
• Respond to requests with customized reports, data analyses, and business intelligence solutions.
• Maintain and enhance reporting tools, templates, databases, and visualizations to improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.
• Perform detailed quality control reviews to validate data integrity and ensure the accuracy of reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with finance teams to support strategic and operational initiatives.
