About The Position
This role focuses on understanding and documenting business processes and requirements, analyzing data to create reports, improving processes, managing change, and testing new systems or changes. The Business Analyst will utilize various tools and software to perform these duties and will require strong analytical, communication, collaboration, attention to detail, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Excel or other spreadsheet tools
- Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- SQL or other data querying languages
- Project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to break down complex problems and find practical solutions.
- Communication: Clear writing and speaking skills to explain ideas and document processes.
- Collaboration: Working well with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, and operations.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in documentation and data analysis.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with evolving priorities.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identifying issues and proposing improvements.
