Business Analyst (ACBS / Solifi) (CONTRACT)
About The Position
Wipro is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System) and Solifi Loan Origination/Lending Solutions to support large-scale commercial lending transformation initiatives. The role works with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and third-party vendors to analyze business requirements, document functional specifications, and deliver end-to-end lending solutions that improve operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. The position is based in Mt Laurel, NJ, with a hybrid work arrangement. The posting also describes Senior Consultant responsibilities, including consulting project delivery, client engagement, business development, thought leadership, contributions to practice development, and support for Wipro’s strategic objectives. Requirements

- Experience with ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System).
- Experience with Solifi / Solifi Open Finance Platform.
- Knowledge of commercial lending and corporate banking.
- Knowledge of loan origination and loan servicing.
- Agile Scrum methodology experience.
- User story creation and backlog management.
- SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- UAT planning and execution.
- Stakeholder management.

Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and document functional specifications for commercial lending solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and third-party vendors.
- Support end-to-end lending solutions that enhance operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
- Gather and elicit requirements; create user stories and manage backlogs.
- Plan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Coordinate consulting teams and assure the quality of project deliverables.
- Engage clients to understand their needs and communicate effectively; coach, mentor, and motivate team and client staff.
- Maintain project administration, including statements of work and project tagging, and complete Wipro administrative tasks in a timely manner.
- Support business development through client relationship building, opportunity identification, market research, and proposal development.
- Contribute to thought leadership, case studies, reusable assets, and practice development initiatives.
- Support consulting growth, account objectives, transformation engagement delivery, and knowledge sharing.
