Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a business analysis, reporting, or operations role.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for translating data into actionable business insights.
• Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and can manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with CRM or lead management platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with lead generation teams daily to understand business needs and identify performance gaps.
• Provide real-time business analysis to support effective and timely decision-making across functions.
• Maintain and manage historical business data with accuracy, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve business reports to reflect current operational realities.
• Build new, insightful reports aligned with evolving business requirements and stakeholder needs.
• Coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate findings.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions to improve team performance.
