Requirements

Minimum four (4) years of experience working in IT environments; Business Analysis, or other related experience
Three (3) years of direct Business Analysis experience within large IT system development project(s)
Practical experience conducting requirements gathering with business teams
Ability to adjust to changing situations to meet emergencies or changing program or production requirements
Ability to work independently and in a team environment with varying levels, team members, peers, management, and business stakeholders
Ability to self-motivate and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize, execute and manage work in a matrixed, high-pressure environment
Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate with diverse user groups and provide support to both technical and non-technical audiences
Hands-on experience effectively using MS Office tools, including Project
Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
Understanding and knowledge of Agile methodology and the full software development life cycle (SDLC)

Nice To Haves

Azure DevOps experience and/or Azure Active Directory integration is a plus
Understanding of relational databases and data models is a plus
Prior Government, Human Services or Healthcare experience is preferred, but not required
