About The Position

The Business Analyst will support a multi-year ERP system upgrade implementation across the organization. Working within Client Sectors, the analyst will gather and document business requirements and work alongside SAP teams to support development, testing, and implementation. The position involves cross-functional work on SAP S/4HANA and collaboration across business and technical teams. It is hybrid and based in Charlotte, NC. The posting describes a six-month contract-to-hire opportunity and limits eligibility to U.S. citizens and Green Card holders who are local candidates.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of Business Analysis experience; experience in software development, ERP implementation, or digital product enhancement environments is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with SAP modules such as FI, SD, MM, IM, EWM, AM, AP, AR, CO, or PCA.
• At least 1 year of practical experience on Agile projects or within Agile teams, using Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems and technical software delivery lifecycle applications.
• Knowledge of accounting or finance software applications.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and commitment to high-quality outcomes.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, including the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment on business solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, less than 5%, to support project initiatives and collaborate with sector teams.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with Miro and Azure DevOps.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and customers.
• Eight to ten years of experience is described as ideal in the candidate profile.
