About The Position

NTT DATA is seeking a Business Manager / Non-IT Business Analyst to support business operations, budgeting, and team planning in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role analyzes financial and operational data, develops Power BI reports, manages vendor contracts, and partners with leadership to support strategic decision-making. The position requires a hybrid work arrangement with regular onsite attendance 2–3 days per week.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
At least 8 years of professional experience in business management, business analysis, financial planning, budgeting, operations management, or a related business function.
At least 3 years of experience developing and maintaining business intelligence dashboards and reports using Power BI or a similar reporting platform.
At least 3 years of experience in budget management, expense forecasting, financial analysis, and variance reporting.
At least 2 years of experience managing vendor relationships and/or contract lifecycle processes.
Demonstrated experience presenting business, operational, or financial recommendations to management using data-driven analysis.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Charlotte, North Carolina, with regular onsite attendance 2–3 days per week.

Responsibilities

Support workforce planning, headcount forecasting, expense management, and budget tracking.
Build dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools to translate complex data into business insights.
Oversee contract lifecycles and vendor relationships.
Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management.
Identify opportunities to improve business operations and support risk oversight.
