About The Position

Pyramid Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst for a 06+ month contract opportunity with long-term potential. The position is remote in the United States and pays $48–$50 per hour. The analyst will support Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), CRM, or marketing technology solutions by gathering and documenting requirements, working with business and technical teams, supporting data analysis, improving workflows, and contributing to testing and validation.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting an SFMC data platform, CRM, or marketing technology solutions.
Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Familiarity with consumer engagement, enrollment, or campaign operations.
Strong skills in requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation, testing, and stakeholder management.
Ability to work across business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret business processes and data needs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail orientation.
Ability to gather and document clear and complete requirements.
Strong business and technical SDLC and SFMC platform knowledge.

Responsibilities

Gather, document, and refine business, functional, and data requirements.
Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and detailed requirement documentation.
Partner with business partners, commercial, analytics, operations, and technical teams to support platform enhancements.
Support data analysis related to patient engagement, enrollment, communication, and campaign performance.
Help improve workflow efficiency and business process consistency.
Support testing, defect resolution, and validation of delivered solutions, including requirements traceability, QA/UAT planning, and defect triage.
