About The Position

The Business Analyst is a direct extension of the Chief of Staff's execution capacity, helping drive cross-functional projects and operational workstreams that are critical to the business. For approximately the first two years, the role is expected to focus heavily on project management, including coordinating product and platform upgrade sequencing, migrating customers from a legacy platform to a modern platform, and supporting standard and custom client implementations across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and operations. As the role matures, its scope is expected to broaden into wider business operations, analytics, and strategic-initiative work. This is a hands-on, high-visibility position that regularly interacts with the ELT and calls for independent judgment amid ambiguous, fast-moving priorities, along with consistently polished, executive-ready work.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional projects and critical operational workstreams.
• Coordinate product and platform upgrade sequencing.
• Coordinate customer migrations from a legacy platform to a modern platform.
• Support standard and custom client implementations across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and operations.
• As the role develops, contribute to wider business operations, analytics, and strategic initiatives.
• Produce polished, executive-ready work and operate independently amid ambiguous, fast-moving priorities.
