About The Position
We are seeking multiple Technical Business Analysts for a contract position for a client in Finance, with the roles based in either Alpharetta, GA, or Jacksonville, FL. The Technical Business Analyst will play a client-facing role, responsible for thoroughly analyzing client business requirements and subsequently configuring the system to align with these needs.
Requirements
- Hands on Core Banking, SaaS (Software as a Service)/BaaS (Banking as a Service) experience.
- In-depth understanding of core banking platforms particularly FIS systems such as Profile and the Modern Banking Platform (MBP).
- Ability to query databases, analyze data, and generate reports using SQL.
- Proficiency in creating process flow diagrams, use cases, and other documentation.
- Familiarity with API standards and integration methods in a banking environment.
- Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Clarity, Fresh Service.
- Deep knowledge of banking products such as loans, deposits, payments, and treasury.
- Awareness of banking regulations (e.g., AML, KYC, Basel III) and how they impact system requirements.
