About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in HR business processes, data analysis, data governance, and digital/analytics initiatives. The Senior Business Analyst will translate business requirements into technical requirements and work closely with HR product teams, data platform teams, analytics teams, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience with source-to-target mapping, transformation rules, data requirements, SIT, UAT, and modern data platforms.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience working across HR, data, digital, or analytics environments.
• Strong experience in Business Requirements Analysis and Data Analysis.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and operating models.
• Experience with data modeling and data governance.
• Experience working with data lakehouse or modern data platforms.
• Hands-on experience with SIT and UAT.
• Experience developing source-to-target mappings and transformation/business rules.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical writing skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, Data, or a related field.

• Experience working within Agile teams or product squads.

• Experience with data quality, governance, privacy, or security teams.
• Exposure to analytics, AI/ML, and modern data platforms.
• Business architecture or process design experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into detailed technical requirements across HR domains.
• Develop source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, and business rules.
• Analyze HR processes, policies, workflows, and data requirements.
• Identify implicit and emerging data needs within HR workflows and digital experiences.
• Translate complex business problems into clear data definitions and technical requirements.
• Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) across HR source systems and data pipelines.
• Validate employee data, lakehouse pipelines, semantic-layer metrics, and KPIs.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with HR and Talent stakeholders.
• Partner with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Platform, Analytics, Data Quality, and Governance teams.
• Resolve data definition and requirement inconsistencies within assigned domains.
• Support data quality, governance, privacy, and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to HR data stewardship standards, templates, and best practices.
• Support analytics, data products, AI/ML, and digital HR initiatives.
