About The Position
Triunity Software is seeking a sharp and driven Business Analyst to join its growing team in Calgary, AB. The role bridges business needs and technology solutions in a fast-paced software environment, using problem-solving and data analysis to produce actionable insights.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software or technology environment.
- Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Nice To Haves
- CBAP certification or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across departments.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit and validate requirements.
- Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including BRDs, process flows, and use cases.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives.
