About The Position

Qargo is a cloud-based (SaaS) Transport Management Platform. We are a scale-up based in London, Ghent (Belgium), Chicago and rapidly expanding across Europe and the US. The platform is an ‘all-in-one system’, handling everything from initial order entry to final invoicing. It optimises planning and includes built-in AI that automates lengthy manual tasks. Qargo is designed to help modern logistics operations run more efficiently, while increasing profitability and sustainability. We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in Chicago. Requirements

A genuine interest in transportation, logistics, or workflow automation
Proficient in Excel
Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
Adaptable, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced scale-up environment

Nice To Haves

Background in SAAS, fintech, accounting, or operations is a plus
basic scripting or SQL knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

Dive deep into the customer’s business to understand their workflows, goals, and constraints
Translate business requirements into optimal system configurations within the Qargo TMS
Support with data mappings and transformations, ensuring system integrations run smoothly
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet both business and functional needs
Manage administrative and project tasks with precision and punctuality
Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction
