About The Position

As a business analyst, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, a business analyst who supports team goals through careful analysis and effective communication across a wide range of project needs. On our team, you’ll support information technology implementation by assisting with briefing slides, capturing meeting minutes and action items, conducting analysis to determine areas for improvement in project delivery, onboarding new team members, tracking work in Jira, and granting system accesses.

Requirements

2+ years of experience working in a professional or military environment, including internships
Ability to organize, analyze, and summarize information
Ability to identify problems and develop recommendations for complex issues
Ability to capture meeting minutes and actions
Ability to follow defined standard operating procedures and make updates to procedures as changes occur to keep them current
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree

Experience using Jira
Experience using Confluence
Experience with project management, action tracking, capturing and managing schedules
Knowledge of the Agile software development lifecycle
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
