About The Position

As a Business Analyst supporting NNSA OST, you will conduct comprehensive requirements analysis and engineering to identify, document, and organize operational or business functions. You will work closely with stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into actionable requirements. You will develop criteria for testing and evaluating system performance to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and deliver value. The role also involves evaluating systems against functional, non-functional, and cybersecurity requirements and supporting testing through test cases and acceptance criteria.

Requirements

• Proven experience in requirements analysis and business analysis.
• Proficiency in requirements management tools and business process modeling.
• Familiarity with test platforms and user acceptance testing.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and facilitating workshops.
• Ability to work within agile or iterative development environments.
• Exposure to cybersecurity frameworks and technical specification analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must hold an active Top Secret security clearance.
• Applicants must have US work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.
