About The Position
At Accenture Federal Services, the Senior Business Analyst (Team Lead) coordinates work across multiple project teams and collaborates with Information System Security Officers (ISSOs). The role focuses on managing project schedules and ensuring clear communication and alignment of requirements among stakeholders. The position implements requirements tracking and traceability processes that support OST’s strategic goals, facilitate effective communication, and maintain team alignment. The role also gathers, documents, and prioritizes business and technical requirements; monitors project progress; and addresses potential risks or issues related to requirements and scheduling. Applicants must have an active Top Secret security clearance.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret security clearance.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Experience with requirements management tools and scheduling software.
- Proficiency with communication management tools such as Slack or Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with requirements tracking systems such as JIRA or Confluence.
- Knowledge of traceability matrices and workflow automation tools.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills.
- Ability to align project activities with strategic goals effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate activities across multiple project teams and with ISSOs.
- Manage project schedules and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
