About The Position
The Program Management Analyst will oversee configuration and change management activities across applications, systems, and infrastructure. The role ensures modifications are tracked, documented, and implemented according to established protocols to maintain the integrity and consistency of system configurations. The analyst collaborates with technical teams to support transitions and updates, manages multiple priorities, and adapts to shifting team needs. The position also develops and maintains documentation and training materials, reviews documentation for accuracy and compliance with organizational standards, and communicates with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates. An active Top Secret security clearance is required.
Requirements
- Familiarity with configuration management tools and change tracking systems.
- Experience developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
- Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing team requirements.
- Experience drafting training materials and supporting process improvements.
- Proficiency with documentation platforms.
- Active Top Secret security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Perform configuration and change management activities for applications, systems, and infrastructure.
- Support and execute change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
- Develop and maintain instruction manuals, product guides, software documentation, work instructions, and customer service materials.
- Review and update documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
- Provide training documentation support to facilitate user adoption and knowledge transfer.
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on configuration and change management activities.
- Collaborate and flex across teams to support organizational objectives and project needs.
