About The Position

Servier Canada is advancing its shift to a fully data-driven organization and is seeking a Business Analyst to help lead that transformation. You’ll manage the full data value chain — from defining ingestion needs to building Power BI dashboards — and play a key role in how data drives decisions and operational excellence across the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in data analysis or a related discipline
  • Advanced Power BI (DAX, modeling, DataViz), requirement
  • Data Warehousing (BigQuery, SQL) and interest in data engineering, requirement
  • Bilingualism (English & French), written & oral is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a major asset.
  • Cloud ecosystems: GCP or Azure, asset
  • Salesforce CRM, Git/versioning, API integration, asset

Responsibilities

  • Promote and anchor a culture of data-based decision-making at all levels of the organization.
  • Bridge the gap between data ingestion and visual reporting by designing high-performance Power BI dashboard suites.
  • Analyze and document business processes, data needs, and Business Intelligence requirements.
  • Produce deliverables including business requirements, process reviews, data mappings, ETL rules, test cases, and detailed functional specifications.
  • In collaboration with the Business Excellence Manager, lead workshops with stakeholders to gather needs, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment.
  • Work closely with IT teams to define technical specifications and support solution design.
  • Manage the complete request lifecycle, from ideation to final delivery in Power BI.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for incident resolution and contribute to the Business Intelligence roadmap.
