This role involves supporting clients in major transformations for businesses and public sector organizations, from strategy through technological implementation, with a focus on Economic, Social, Environmental, and Technological Responsibility (RESET). Requirements

  • University degree (bachelor's) in administration, business analysis, or a related field relevant to the responsibilities and requirements.
  • MIFI equivalence required for any degree obtained outside Quebec.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years in business analysis.
  • Three (3) years of experience in Agile/Scrum project management.
  • Contributed to two (2) complex technological projects as a business analyst in the last five (5) years.
  • Experience in organizational impact analysis related to business processes, roles, and operating methods within a large organization.
  • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written French.
  • Elicitation, analysis, and documentation of needs.
  • Business process modeling.
  • Writing use cases and user stories.
  • Feasibility and organizational impact analysis.
  • Requirements management and traceability.
  • Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Modeling techniques (UML, BPMN).
  • Organizational change management.
  • Risk analysis and mitigation.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
  • Collaboration tools (Teams, Slack).
  • Understanding of basic AI and ML concepts.
  • Awareness of AI ethical issues (bias, fairness, explainability).
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations.
  • User acceptance testing (UAT) for AI solutions.

  • Master's degree in business analysis, project management, Agile certification (PMI, Scrum PO) - major asset.

Responsibilities

  • Elaborate and maintain the business architecture of the department (mapping of capabilities, processes, information flows).
  • Align IT investments with the strategic directions of the organization and the pre-hospital network.
  • Define target business models and produce opportunity dossiers.
  • Analyze gaps between current and target architecture, and propose transformation roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to ensure consistency of decisions.
  • Participate in architectural governance bodies and contribute to portfolio decisions.
  • Produce architectural deliverables (views, scenarios, traceability matrices).
  • Analyze business needs for the drafting of opportunity and business dossiers.
  • Document current business processes and identify improvement opportunities through AI.
  • Analyze the feasibility and added value of proposed artificial intelligence solutions.
  • Evaluate organizational impact and required changes.
  • Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Participate in the design of AI models and validate their alignment with needs.
  • Define success criteria and performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure liaison between technical, clinical, and operational teams.
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Manage expectations and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Support user acceptance testing.
  • Ensure compliance with Santé Québec standards and health regulations.
  • Participate in the assessment of AI-related risks (bias, ethics, data protection).
  • Collaborate with security and compliance teams.
